For nearly a dozen years, as a senior partner, he helped to build the Technology, Media and Telecom practices at Spencer Stuart, as well as the firm's CEO, Board, Assessment and Intelligence units. He followed this work by among other things innovating the turnaround and industry-leading growth of another major international recruiting firm's global technology practice. Before entering consulting, Mr. Keller was an award-winning journalist. Working globally he covered and wrote about some of the era's biggest stories for The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek. The Journal's editors twice nominated Mr. Keller's work for the Pulitzer Prize. He also won the top award from American Society of Newspaper Editors and was a finalist the year before.
