Johnny Walker, RF Industries' President and CEO, Steps Down
Howard Hill Appointed Interim President and CEO
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RF Industries, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RFIL) announced today that Johnny Walker, President and Chief Executive Officer, and the Company mutually agreed to terminate his employment with the Company to allow Mr. Walker to attend to family medical needs and to be closer to his residence in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Walker's last day with the Company will be October 28, 2016.
Mr. Walker joined the Company as President in October, 2014 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January, 2015. Howard Hill, RFI's former President, CEO and Founder, will serve, without pay, as the Company's interim President and CEO. A search for a full time President and CEO is already under way.
