Founded in July 2014 by Porter Braswell and Ryan Williams, Jopwell is a tech-enabled recruiting platform that helps companies identify, connect with, and hire minority candidates for internships, entry-level, and experienced hiring opportunities. To accomplish this, Jopwell partners with companies from a variety of industries and, through its proprietary technology, allows them to search and filter through a pipeline of talented minority candidates from all over the country. Current partners leveraging the Jopwell platform include Facebook, MasterCard, McKesson, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Teach For America in addition to others.
