Martin brings to EASi over 18 years of software and equity compensation planning experience and a stellar record of building out teams and processes to drive customer success. He most recently served as Vice President of Shared Services at E*TRADE (NASDAQ: ETFC), where he led the product management, implementation, professional services, learning and development and marketing functions for the Corporate Services business. In prior roles at E*TRADE, Jorge built and led the client management team responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and install base sales and led business development activities associated with channel partners and executive services. Prior to E*TRADE, Jorge worked at Avolent, Netscape and DST Output in alliance, product marketing and product management roles.
