SAN MATEO, Calif., Dec. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Judith J. Rentschler is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the field of Law in recognition of her role as an Attorney at Rentschler/Tursi, LLP.
Located in San Mateo, California, Rentschler/Tursi, LLP is a locally serving entity that specializes in Real Estate law. Dedicated to meeting the needs of their clients, the law firm specializes in commercial property, and covers legal areas including real estate litigation, sales, leasing, and broker liability. Established in 1996, the firm has devoted its practice, "exclusively to the issues our clients face in their leasing, acquisition, ownership, and business involving commercial real property." Having tried numerous cases in both bench and jury trials, Rentschler has seen first-hand what happens when a poorly worded lease or sales agreement gives rise to conflict, which uniquely enhances her skills in drafting clear, unambiguous transactional documents in understandable English.
The company prides itself on "providing versatile and knowledgeable assistance through all phases of a transaction." Understanding the risks and arguments that can arise around real estate issues, the partners utilize their knowledge "to resolve disputes that may arise in the most time- and cost-effective manner."
With forty years of practicing law, thirty of which were focused on commercial real estate, Rentschler has served in her current role with the law firm for over twenty years. In her previous years, Rentschler gained experience as a trial lawyer at the Walkup Office, where she specialized in drug product litigation, with lengthy trials in both state and federal courts, and thereafter served as Vice President and Regional Counsel at CB Richard Ellis, focusing primarily on broker liability in connection with commercial real estate transactions.
Throughout the course of her career, Rentschler has represented landlords and tenants, property managers, sellers, buyers and developers in their real estate transactions and property holdings, and continues to advise and represent real estate brokers and agents. She has also served as a judge pro tem for the San Francisco Superior Court and as a mediator and arbitrator.
