Justin Johnson named co-CEO of Valuation Research Corporation
Johnson will manage West Coast and Central regions in partnership with co-CEO PJ Patel
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Valuation Research Corporation (VRC) has named Justin Johnson co-CEO, effective today. Johnson had been managing partner of VRC's San Francisco office and will work in his new role side-by-side with co-CEO PJ Patel to sustain alignment of VRC's culture, colleagues and client-centric approach across nine U.S. offices and 11 international affiliates.

Johnson is a proven leader within the company, having started VRC's San Francisco office and building it into one of the company's leading practices with an emphasis on private equity clients and private equity portfolio companies. With more than 20 years of experience, he focuses on solvency opinions, fairness opinions and capital surplus opinions as well as conducting valuations for investment, financial reporting and tax purposes.
