As that country's leading publisher of local academic textbooks and legal information both in print and digital format, Juta has enjoyed sustained growth in recent years in its quest to become South Africa's premier provider of learning and information solutions.

"Juta's unique combination of retail, publishing and distribution, as well as its training and electronic capabilities make the company an ideal partner," said Shane Armstrong, President of Scholastic International.
