Kal Tire Rolls with ClickSoftware to Provide Cloud-Based Mobile Workforce Optimization

Kal Tire, a tire retailer that provides commercial fleet maintenance and roadside assistance throughout Canada, has selected ClickSoftware's cloud-based mobile workforce management solution to automate and optimize its service scheduling, delivery and billing.

Prior to using ClickSoftware, Kal Tire's dispatch team utilized a paper-based system for field work. Now, ClickSoftware's cloud-based solution will help Kal Tire optimize field work for its 700 field service technicians, greatly improving service levels and speeding up time to invoice.

This automation eliminates unnecessary paper records, duplication of data, dispatch input errors as well as reducing dispatch wait times.
