Kaluz Restaurant and Max's Grille Unite to Fight Blood Cancer

Kaluz Fort Lauderdale, Wellington, Plantation, and Pembroke Pines will join Max's Grille in Boca Raton with a shared goal of raising $20,000 for Blood Cancer United during Blood Cancer Awareness Month, ahead of the organization's 2026 Light the Night season

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaluz Restaurant and Max's Grille, both owned and operated by Arka Restaurant Group, will proudly support Blood Cancer United on Wednesday, September 30, with a company-wide fundraising event aiming to raise $20,000 to benefit patients and families affected by blood cancer. Capping off Blood Cancer Awareness Month, the "Blood Cancer United Giveback Event" invites South Florida residents to dine out in support of the organization's mission, ahead of Blood Cancer United's 2026 Light the Night season.

At each of the locations above, 20% of all restaurant sales on September 30 will be donated directly to Blood Cancer United, as part of a company-wide effort across Arka Restaurant Group, with a goal of raising $20,000 to support the organization's mission.

Funds raised for Blood Cancer United will help fund the organization's blood cancer research, free patient and family support services, education, clinical trial guidance, and advocacy for access to affordable care.
