Karen Graham Joins Novantas, Expanding Company Expertise in Customer Analytics and Cross-Sell Strategy

Graham brings over 20 years of experience advising clients on customer driven growth strategies. Her career has been focused on helping financial services companies develop and use superior customer analytics including advanced segmentation methodologies, targeting, value proposition development, and cross-sell strategies.
