Kate Henry Named President of U.S. Regions for NFP Alongside Key Leadership Appointments

• Veteran leader to guide cross-functional operations and performance across the U.S.
• Joli Kindler appointed to serve as CMO and Ross Epstein as general counsel

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NFP, an Aon company and leading property and casualty (P&C) broker and benefits consultant, today announced several leadership appointments that strengthen the company's ability to drive growth, deepen collaboration and advance its strategic priorities. The appointments include Kate Henry as president of U.S. Regions; Joli Kindler as chief marketing officer; and Ross Epstein as general counsel.

In her new role as president of U.S. Regions, Henry will lead efforts to further align operations and strengthen collaboration across NFP's U.S. regional model. Based in New York City, Henry will report to Ethan Foxman, president, Middle Market, North America, Aon and NFP.

Henry has worked at NFP for nearly 14 years, most recently serving as president of NFP's U.S. Northeast region. In her new role, she will oversee all regional leads across NFP's business lines and work closely with regional sales leaders to strengthen alignment, enhance collaboration and support continued growth. Prior to joining NFP, Henry served as a principal at Mercer in New York.

NFP also announced the promotion of Joli Kindler to serve as CMO of NFP. Based in Austin, Texas, Kindler will have a dual reporting relationship to Mike Schneider, CEO, Middle Market, North America, Aon and NFP, and Lisa Stevens, chief administrative officer, Aon. She will lead a multidisciplinary marketing organization responsible for advancing NFP's marketing, brand and communications strategy while continuing to partner closely across Aon to support shared business objectives. Kindler has worked at NFP for more than 18 years, most recently serving as CMO of North America.

Based in New York City, Epstein will have a dual reporting relationship to Schneider and Darren Zeidel, EVP, general counsel and company secretary, Aon.

Epstein has worked at NFP for nearly 13 years, most recently serving as deputy general counsel, and has played a key role in the strategic initiatives and complex legal matters that have supported the company's growth. As part of this transition, Erin Ziaja has been promoted to deputy general counsel, reporting to Epstein. NFP also extends its gratitude to Evan Michael for his nearly 20 years of partnership and service, including his leadership on many of the major transactions that helped fuel the firm's expansion.
