KBS Acquires Kimco Facility Services

Marks 15^th acquisition in four years and expands KBS' position as the largest privately held facility services company in North America

Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Atlanta, Kimco is a leading national provider of customized commercial cleaning programs, facility maintenance, and associated services.
