"HOPE" Tee to Benefit Organization Aimed To Provide Public Awareness and Education of Suicide

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- KC Tees (www.KCTees.com) - a company with a message and a mission, has partnered with Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE) (www.Save.org) - a national, nonprofit organization whose mission is to prevent suicide and reduce the stigma associated with suicide - for Suicide Prevention Week September 5-11, 2010.

Starting in September, 15% of the proceeds from the sale of KC Tees' "HOPE" t-shirt will benefit SAVE.

Suicide is a public health crisis that is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States, with one suicide occurring on average every 16 minutes. Suicide is also the 3rd leading cause of death among 15-24 year olds and the 2nd leading cause of death in the 25-34 year-old age group.

The KC Tees "HOPE" tee supports SAVE's efforts to help spread awareness of suicide, and its prevention across communities all over the world.
