Kearney Names Martin Denman as Chief Financial Officer

CHICAGO, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global management consultancy Kearney has announced that Martin Denman is assuming the role of chief financial officer (CFO).

Based in Kearney's global headquarters in Chicago, Martin has nearly a decade of experience working in finance at the firm, including six months of service as acting CFO. Over this time, he has provided critical continuity for both the finance organization and the firm in general during a period of extensive change.

He has also successfully delivered a board-led project to revamp the firm's equity structure, designed and implemented a new project costing–based method of profitability reporting, integrated a number of acquired companies into the firm, and transformed Kearney's global real estate function operating model.

Before joining Kearney, Martin held finance leadership roles at ZS Associates and RSM US, and began his career at Kirkland & Ellis.
