Keeper Security's Redesigned iOS Vault Features Liquid Glass and iPhone Duo Support

Update delivers a fluid, modernized experience, seamless dual-screen multitasking and automated credential maintenance

CHICAGO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Keeper Security, the leading zero-trust and zero-knowledge identity security platform, today announced a major update to its iOS application with the release of version 18.1. The latest release introduces a completely redesigned vault interface utilizing Liquid Glass, support for Apple's new dual-screen iPhone Duo and powerful automation features that simplify credential management on the go. Representing one of the most significant UI overhauls in the company's history, the update bridges enterprise-grade security to business and individual users alike, with an exceptionally sleek and modern mobile experience.

As mobile devices increasingly function as primary tools for enterprise operations and privileged access management, maintaining strict zero-trust identity controls without sacrificing usability has become a critical security priority. The release of version 18.1 for iOS expands Keeper's commitment to providing intuitive, high-performance security tools that allow organizations to govern human and machine access seamlessly from any device, while bringing the same enterprise-grade security architecture and user experience to consumers.

"Friction is the enemy of enterprise security," said Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. "We engineered this update to fully leverage Apple's Liquid Glass design system and the dual-screen architecture of the iPhone Duo, stripping away navigational complexity. The result is a highly responsive, intuitive interface that accelerates access for our users while maintaining the uncompromising zero-knowledge encryption our platform is built on."

Next-Generation Mobile Identity Management

Version 18.1 of the Keeper mobile app for iOS brings key enhancements to the Keeper platform:

• iPhone Duo Multi-Tasking Optimization: Fully optimized for Apple's new folding-screen hardware, Keeper's Vault interface expands dynamically when the device is open. Users can navigate folders and view detailed record entries side by side, streamlining complex administrative workflows. The application smoothly transitions back to a standard, single-screen layout when closed.
• Liquid Glass User Interface and Vault Streamlining: Rebuilt using Apple's Liquid Glass design, the app delivers a fluid, modernized visual experience. Essential tools like search, Keeper's Security Audit and two-factor codes have moved to a dedicated bottom toolbar for faster access, while account settings are now centralized in an intuitive avatar menu. A new floating action button and swipeable product tour help users easily discover and navigate helpful features.
• Smart Password Generation and Autofill: KeeperFill now suggests and injects strong, unique passwords directly into iOS system prompts when creating or resetting accounts, seamlessly updating the vault in the background.
• Automated Credential Maintenance: Keeper quietly processes site-reported changes in the background. If a website signals that a passkey was revoked, or a password is no longer active, Keeper automatically updates or clears the vault entry without requiring user intervention.
• Clearer Security Audits and Connection Status: The Security Audit screen has been redesigned to provide plain-language account health evaluations and now loads significantly faster for large vaults. Users also now have distinct, real-time visual indicators showing when the app is syncing or operating offline.
• Advanced Sharing and Folder Controls: Users can now easily share multiple files to Keeper directly from the iOS Activity View. For enterprise users, new administrative controls allow for moving nested shared folders and explicitly denying access to specific folders.

Governing Identity at Machine Speed

While version 18.1 of the Keeper app for iOS dramatically improves the everyday user experience, it operates on a foundation built for modern enterprise defense. With the rapid adoption of AI agents, Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and complex multi-cloud environments, modern cyber attacks increasingly target identity workflows rather than perimeter software flaws.

Keeper's identity security platform is the control plane for all identities including humans, machines, NHIs and AI agents. With the proliferation of AI agents in the enterprise and the challenges faced by IT teams to manage them, Keeper determines whether and how AI is allowed to act inside the enterprise.

Keeper's zero-trust and zero-knowledge architecture ensures that all encryption and decryption operations occur locally on the user's device using private keys that never leave the endpoint. Whether managing privileged cloud infrastructure, database connections, API secrets or daily user credentials, Keeper provides a unified, auditable access plane across every desktop, mobile device and automated workflow.

The latest version of the Keeper mobile app is available now on the Apple App Store. To learn more about Keeper's zero-trust identity security platform, visit keepersecurity.com.
