KeHE's Spring Show Highlights Product Innovation & Educates How To Harness Data

NAPERVILLE, Ill., Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- KeHE welcomed more than 2,200 industry professionals to Salt Lake City, UT, October 3-4 for the 2018 KeHE Spring Show.

Attendees connected around the purchasing of natural & organic, specialty and fresh products for the first quarter of 2019. The show started with an educational panel of industry leaders whom shared tangible ways to harness data to drive actionable insights.

"We take it one step further to educate show attendees on is the data available and the power it has to grow a business. It allows them to leave with products backed by a strategy. More than 160 brands were featured in the New Products Showcase, which also highlighted items from Certified B Corp vendors and KeHE's CAREtrade™ partners.

Attendees voted using the KeHE Events Mobile App for the winners of the Best of New Products Awards:

Show attendees received a wooden KeHE Cares™ token to drop into a bucket representing one of four partner organizations around the world – Restoration61 (Chicago), Stung Treng School (Cambodia), Warriors Circle (North Dakota), and Mission Lazarus (Honduras). For each token placed in its bucket, the organization received a $5 donation from KeHE Cares™.

Following the show, the KeHE community donated 22,000 pounds of food products to the Utah Food Bank.
