These new part types offer higher capacitance for our defense and aerospace customers, while maintaining the quality and reliability our customers have come to expect in a KEMET space grade component.
KEMET produces GR900 high reliability ceramic capacitors under tightly-controlled manufacturing processes. These capacitors achieve state-of-the-art performance by virtue of carefully selected materials, robust designs, and meticulous inspection throughout the process. These GR900 Additions have allowed KEMET to extend capacitance offerings in the same package, therefore saving much valuable board space as well as extend portfolio voltage offerings into the 16V and 25V rated ranges.
