Ken Thompson, Jr. Initiates Impeachment Proceedings on President Judge John C. Tylwalk
LEBANON, Pa., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ken Thompson, Jr., an Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War, has initiated impeachment proceedings upon Judge John C. Tylwalk of Lebanon County, PA, in accordance with Article V, Section 17(b) of the Constitution of Pennsylvania and is simultaneously pondering a recall election of Judge Tylwalk. Thompson maintains that upon the filing of divorce proceedings by his ex-wife, Tylwalk failed to follow his Judicial Code of Conduct, committing malfeasance and misfeasance by basing his decisions on favoritism and improper influence rather than the dictates of the law and basic fairness. Thompson asserts that Judge Tylwalk allowed opposing counsel to repetitively violate the law, the PA Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules of Court with malice. Thompson has represented himself for approximately 4 of the previous 6 years, having hired and terminated five (5) attorneys, one being the stepfather to Judge Tylwalk's children.
Thompson quotes United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts explaining the judge's role during his 2005 US Senate confirmation hearing, stating: "[J]udges are like umpires. Umpires don't make the rules; they apply them. The role of an umpire and a judge is critical. They make sure everybody plays by the Rules." Thompson asserts he was punished for representing himself, guaranteed by our Constitutions, while Tylwalk retaliated against Thompson by himself disregarding and allowing opposing counsel to disregard or comply with Court Edicts.
As a veteran, Thompson relishes the motto, "once a soldier, always a soldier," and says he now feels that he is fighting an unusual war repairing the legal system for families in Lebanon and across this great state. Thompson gained valuable insight and a wealth of knowledge about the internal operation and functioning of the legal system, from a view deliberately concealed from clients and the public. Thompson has filed in excess of 30 pleadings to include Petitions, Motions, Answers, Appeals and Memoranda of Record that contains in excess of 25 pages of docket entries from Lebanon County to the Pa. Superior Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
The court docket numbers are listed as follows: Lebanon County No. 2006-20649, Pa. Superior Court No. 658 MDA 2010 and Pa. Supreme Court No. 542 MAL 2011 providing full access to the case history.
The United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions provide the foundation for our legal system to be free from prejudice, fraud and impropriety, but guarantee us integrity, diligence and an impartial judiciary.
Thompson avers, "with emphasis," our families are the backbone of society, therefore we must ensure a corruption-free justice system and equality for every family in the United States of America with GOD as our witness.
