Kenneth A. Bertsch, Former President and CEO of Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, Joins CamberView as Partner

Bertsch has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Bertsch brings more than three decades of expertise leading corporate governance efforts at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Moody's Investors Service, and TIAA-CREF to his new role. He joins CamberView from the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, where he has served as President and CEO since 2010.

He previously served as Executive Director of Corporate Governance at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Head of the Corporate Governance Team at Moody's Investors Service, and Director of Corporate Governance at TIAA-CREF. Mr. Bertsch holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Williams College.
