NAPLES, Fla., Jan. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kevin Dolan has joined The Colony Group, LLC as a Vice President of the company, based in its Naples, Florida office. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Dolan is tasked with heading The Colony Group's growth efforts and expanding the firm's footprint on both the west and east coasts of Florida. The Colony Group has been serving clients in the state for 25 years, and this announcement comes as the firm celebrates the ten-year anniversary of opening its Naples office.

Prior to joining Colony, Kevin served as Principal and Managing Director at a Florida-based investment advisor and subsequently founded Dolan Family Enterprises, a consulting firm serving investment advisors. Kevin also spent 11 years at Fidelity Investments as a Regional Consultant and was previously a part of the counseling teams at Merrill Lynch, Dreyfus Service Corporation, and Investors Diversified Services. He has both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the New York Institute of Technology and holds several industry designations.
