- A cash dividend of $0.085 per share on the corporation's outstanding common shares (NYSE: KEY). The dividend is payable on December 15, 2016 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on November 29, 2016
- A dividend of $1.9375 per share on the corporation's outstanding 7.750% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A (NYSE: KEY.G), payable on December 15, 2016 to holders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2016, for the period commencing on (and including) September 15, 2016 to (but excluding) December 15, 2016
- A dividend of $333.33 (equivalent to $13.33 per depositary share) on the corporation's outstanding Fixed-to-Floating Rate Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D (CUSIP #493267603), payable on December 15, 2016 to holders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2016, for the period commencing on (and including) September 9, 2016 to (but excluding) December 15, 2016
