PHOENIX, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Keyser, a national tenant-only commercial real estate advisory firm, announced that it has represented Dircks Moving & Logistics in securing a 337,897-square-foot industrial lease at 7210 W. Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

The transaction, finalized in October 2026, marks another significant milestone in Dircks' continued expansion, bringing the company's total Phoenix industrial footprint to more than 1 million square feet. The new lease is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027.
