King & Union Appoints Christopher Clark as CTO

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- King & Union, the provider of Avalon, the first collaborative cyber integration and analysis platform, today announced that Christopher Clark is joining the company as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Over the past decade, Clark has consistently championed and been active in both commercial and community-driven information security groups and shepherded technical solutions such as the iDefense IntelGraph and PANW's AutoFocus to enable shared information to be readily and actively applied to improve organizations' security. As the CTO of King and Union, Clark will spearhead the technical vision and security of the Avalon platform and oversee the ongoing development and integration of new technologies and scalable infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth.

Before joining King and Union, Clark most recently served as the Vice President of Technical Product Management at JASK, a next-generation security information and event management provider, where he played a key role in the creation of commercial and open source security tool sets. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Global Security Response at Palo Alto Networks where his team was trusted with the security and sensitive data of more than 45,000 organizations worldwide. In addition to these roles, Clark has extensive operational experience in both threat analysis and intelligence exchange, serving in leadership positions at Verisign, iDefense, BAE Systems, Mantech International and General Dynamics.
