Kingdee Becomes First Chinese Platinum Member in The Open Group

SEATTLE, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- THE OPEN GROUP CONFERENCE -- The Open Group today announced that Kingdee, a leading provider of enterprise management software, SOA middleware, e-Government, and e-Business solutions in China and the Asia-Pacific region, and a leader in the Chinese software industry, has become a Platinum Member of the organization. Kingdee joins other multinational companies and IT industry leaders such as Capgemini, HP, IBM, SAP and Sun Microsystems, as a Platinum Member. Additionally, Kingdee has been The Open Group franchise partner representing the organization in China since February 2009.

As a Platinum Member, Kingdee will have a seat on The Open Group's Governing Board and will continue to participate in the Architecture Forum. The group will also continue to promote the adoption of TOGAF™ 9 and SOA Reference Architecture in China and further the understanding and definition of Boundaryless Information Flow™ as global standards. Additionally, starting in March 2010, Kingdee - via The Open Group China - will co-host networking and thought-leadership events across the country.
