Kirk Durossette Joins Kingsley Gate Partners As Vice President of Recruiting

DALLAS, Aug. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm launched last year to address senior executive recruitment needs in the digital age, today announced it has hired Kirk Durossette as vice president of recruiting. In this new role, Durossette will manage all worldwide recruiting activities from setting strategic direction and standard operating procedures to overseeing training and auditing performance. He will also be responsible for further implementing and optimizing the firm's ClientSuite platform to ensure the highest level of accountability and transparency with clients.  He reports to Buster Houchins, senior partner, Office of the CEO at Kingsley Gate Partners.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Durossette served as a principal and executive search consultant for DHR, an executive search firm headquartered in Chicago, Ill. Durossette served in a blended role as a search consultant and researcher. He successfully executed some of the toughest assignments across multiple industries while mentoring and training DHR's global team of associates and recruiters. Durossette also held various recruiter positions at Memorial Hermann, Tenet Healthcare and Tyler & Company. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Durossette earned a bachelor's degree in marketing.
