Bottled directly from the barrel, with no water added, Knob Creek^® Single Barrel Select Cask Strength delivers signature bold flavor fans have come to love, in its purest form. Ranging in proof from approximately 110–130 for Bourbon and 100–120 for Rye, each barrel delivers a distinct and full-flavored experience, honoring the legacy of Booker Noe, the founder of Knob Creek^®, and his vision for Knob Creek^® to deliver on what bourbon was meant to be.
