SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- RDP Hospitality Group, via wholly own subsidiary Global Maximus Productions, LLC, announced today that 'Maximus Overdrive Network' will enter into a new partnership with the Knockout 'Live' Network, via wholly own subsidiary of KO Entertainment Inc. for content delivery of all Knockout Brands content through a fully hosted, IP global media streaming Network.

The Knockout Live Network will stream music videos and special events from popular artists on KnockoutLive.com. The live interactive events on the network will also be streamed on Knockoutvip.com and Knockoutmag.com. Event times and schedules will be available on knockoutlive.com.

The network is expected to set a new standard in HD streaming video, unseen by the consumer, until now. The network will be launched at midnight on March 10th, 2013, and is expected to attract a significant number of subscribers. The network is designed to appeal to an international consumer base that is socially and interactively charged.
