Kodiak Gas Services Announces 2023 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings Release, Conference Call Schedule and Expected Mailing Date of Consent Statement/Prospectus

(NYSE: KGS), ("Kodiak" or the "Company"), a leading provider of critical energy infrastructure and contract compression services, today announced that it will release 2023 fourth quarter and full year financial results on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 after the market closes.  In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will also be broadcast live over the Internet, on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).
