Kolter Hospitality Receives Prestigious Strategic Partner Award from Hyatt

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kolter Hospitality, a division of The Kolter Group, was honored with the Strategic Partnership Award given by Hyatt at its annual owner's conference in Cancun, Mexico. The Strategic Partner award recognizes a company for its commendable culture, performance and operating philosophies, along with their strong, multi-brand relationship with Hyatt.

Kolter has since built and operates Hyatt Place Delray Beach, and has also acquired two existing Hyatt Place hotels, Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale 17th Street Convention Center and Hyatt Place Coconut Point in Estero, Fla. In addition to these Hyatt Place hotels, Kolter is developing and is expected to open a Hyatt Place hotel in the Mizner Park area of Boca Raton in 2016 and a Hyatt Place hotel in downtown St. Petersburg in 2017.
