Korbel XS Spiced Cider
Preparation time 20 minutes
Makes approximately 10 servings
½ gallon apple cider
½ cup Korbel XS Brandy
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tablespoon whole cloves
½ tablespoon whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large orange, cut into wedges
In the basket of a 10 or 12-cup percolator, place the brown sugar, whole allspice, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, salt, nutmeg and orange wedges. Pour apple cider and Korbel XS Brandy into percolator where water usually goes. Brew and serve hot.
