LOS ANGELES, June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Victor Arias, Senior Client Partner, to lead the Firm's enhanced Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. These initiatives are focused on continuing to support and evolve the firm's strong commitment to D&I both for its clients and its own workforce.
Mr. Arias has led several transformational diversity-focused programs at leading global organizations. He has more than 15 years of executive recruitment and talent management experience, and has held many governance roles with both for profit and nonprofit organizations. He is currently a member of the Board & CEO Services, Real Estate and Education practices at Korn/Ferry.

He is also Trustee Emeritus for Stanford University and past Commissioner for the White House Fellows Commission. He is very active with diversity organizations nationally and a frequent speaker at conferences regarding diversity on corporate boards.
