The Ewing team has completed transactions in a variety of industries, with significant emphasis on the Energy & Power and Energy & Industrial Services industries. The addition of their professionals provides KPMG CF with an established and meaningful presence within the Energy M&A sector.

This energy industry addition follows the June 2014 acquisition of St. Charles Capital by KPMG CF. Financial terms of the agreement will not be disclosed.
