Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health Launches First Women's Week
Experience the Revolution Within with Kripalu's first of its kind week-long women and female-identified only experience from November 10-15, 2019
STOCKBRIDGE, Mass., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the world-renowned yoga retreat center located in the picturesque Berkshires, today announced the first Women's Week at Kripalu, themed: The Revolution Within. The program will take place November 10-15, 2019, and is crafted to join together women for a week of solidarity and community to remember that the most needed revolution, is the revolution within.
Women's Week @ Kripalu will honor the crossroads of yoga and activism, cultivating inner resources and offering an antidote to anxiety, despair and trauma—through and beyond a divided society and disruptive political times—into the deeper realms of dharma, compassion, and social justice. During this soul-nourishing week, women will hear from well-known voices such as Angela Farmer, Seane Corn, Valarie Kaur, Zainab Salbi, Kate Johnson and many more, as well as learn new strategies to find inner peace, and explore the wisdom of Kripalu's teachings. Attendees will choose one of seven immersive morning programs to guide their stay plus enjoy additional workshops, keynotes, healthy & delicious food, yoga, dance, and more during the afternoon and evening.

Please note, this is a week-long women and female-identified only experience and no other programming, including Kripalu R&R, will take place during the week. Participants interested in The Revolution Within: Women's Week @ Kripalu can register via the Kripalu website beginning in June 2019. Tuition for this program is $595.00 per person, and by signing up for the waitlist, guests can receive an early bird tuition of $495.00 per person.
