Prior to joining SBI Growth, MacCarthy served as CFO at Cresa, LLC, a private-equity-backed commercial real estate advisory firm, where she played a critical role in managing financial health, including cash flow optimization, strategic growth targets, equity raising, and M&A evaluations. Earlier in her career, she held senior financial leadership roles at JLL, Inc., US Cellular, and Grainger, where she successfully led system integrations, operational improvement initiatives, and large-scale financial operations.
