The Kroger Brand limited-time Summer in a Pint ice cream and sherbet collection features four all-new flavors inspired by top summer vacation getaways.

To celebrate the collection and the summer solstice, Kroger is giving away 92,000 pints of free ice cream on June 20.

Available in select quantities the collection features four new ice cream and sherbet flavors that will transport customers to a dreamy summer getaway in just one scoop – no travel required. 

To kick off the official start of summer and make it even easier for customers to get a taste of the new Summer in a Pint collection, Kroger is bringing back its highly anticipated free pint offer for the summer solstice. On June 20, the retailer is giving away 92,000 pints of free ice cream – that is 1,000 pints of ice cream for each of summer's 92 days.

Inspired by dreamy summer escapes and leisurely summer days, the limited-time Summer in a Pint collection includes four flavors to satisfy every type of wanderlust, including:  

• Italian Style Summer Fizz: Transporting taste buds to a carefree moment in the Euro summer sun, this blood orange-flavored sherbet is loaded with popping candy clusters and a blood orange-flavored ribbon.  
• Fireside Nights: An elevated take on classic s'mores, this toasted marshmallow- flavored ice cream features s'mores pieces and a glittering swirl that radiates the orange hue of a campfire flame so campers and glampers can enjoy a bounty that does not require roughing it.  
• Sandy Shores: Like tropical waters cascading across shorelines, this coconut-flavored ice cream is reminiscent of crystal-blue seas and swirled with a sweet and salty pretzel crunch for a treat even better than a beach day.  
• Poolside Tan Lines: Mimicking the tan lines achieved after kicking back poolside, this flavor swirls together vanilla bean, chocolate and coffee ice creams – no SPF necessary.
