Krystal® invites guests in to hang with a Spicy Chik™ this spring

ATLANTA, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Krystal Company®, famous in the South for its signature square hamburgers, is spicing up spring with the re-launch of the zesty Spicy Chik™ sandwich this week. The Spicy Chik™ limited time offering will be available as part of the Mix 5 for $5 deal that allows guests to create their own combo from a variety of fan favorites including famous Krystals®, Chiks, Pups, Corn Pups, fries, or a beverage.  Guest choose their favorite five items for just $5.

The ever-popular Spicy Chik™ is a crisp chicken filet seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices that deliver just the right "kick". The sandwich will be available from lunch to close.  The Spicy Chik™ patty can also be purchased at breakfast as part of a Spicy Chik™ Biscuit Combo. Breakfast combos include hashbrown Kryspers with a choice of coffee, orange juice, or soft drink.

The Spicy Chik™ isn't the only new Stupid Good™ taste coming to the menu. Krystal® restaurants across the country will also debut the all-new frozen treat flavor – Krystal® Orange Whip – a delightful orange-and-cream confection that's just perfect for spring and summer.
