FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CableOrganizer.com, a top provider of cable management, networking, and electrical solutions, announces that it recently acquired EquiCross Inc., located in Tampa, Florida. EquiCross is a leading supplier of products focused on crowd control, traffic, safety, hospitality, and event management. CableOrganizer.com is one of several portfolio companies owned by Atlanta based Private Equity firm KT Capital. KT Capital purchased CableOrganizer.com in May 2013 from its founders with support from Capitala Finance Corp.

CableOrganizer.com will continue operating EquiCross's CrowdControlStore.com (EquiCross's shopping portal) as a stand-alone site. The site has been offering quality crowd management products such as barricades, stanchions and traffic cones since 2000. CableOrganizer.com brings significant depth in SEO and Pay-Per-Click marketing, logistics, IT and sales support to EquiCross that it believes will accelerate the company's already strong growth. CableOrganizer.com will also begin offering several of the top selling crowd control products on its own site under its safety and security categories.
