As KCC's President, Bryan drives strategic planning and growth initiatives for the company's service offerings. Bryan led the acquisition of KCC by Computershare in 2009. He serves as an active member of KCC's executive team and guides corporate development activities, operational integration and service enhancements.

As Executive Vice President of KCC's growing class action business, James leads an experienced management team, develops and executes short- and long-term strategies as well as designs innovative settlement administration and noticing solutions.
