Kyle, TX Will Soon Be Home to a New Rehabilitation Hospital with Joint Venture Partners Seton Healthcare Family and Post Acute Medical

CAMP HILL, Pa., July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Post Acute Medical today announced its joint venture with Seton Healthcare Family to build and operate a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located at 5980 Kyle Parkway in Kyle, Texas. The hospital will be named Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle and will carry the tag line "A Seton Healthcare Family partner with Post Acute Medical".  The hospital will be located on the southwest corner of Kyle Parkway and Philomena Drive, across from the Seton Medical Center Hays campus.  The two-story, 54,500 square foot rehabilitation hospital will offer 40 private rooms with the latest rehabilitation technology and highly skilled rehabilitation nurses, therapist and physicians.  The hospital will specialize in rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, major trauma, movement disorders and orthopedic conditions.  A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for the morning of July 15th at 10:00 CDT.

The financing closed on the capitalization for the project on May 3, 2013 at a cost of $16M.  Equity funding partners are MedProperties Holdings, LLC and Trivant Healthcare, LLC with American National Bank of Texas providing the debt.   The construction is planned to begin in July and to be completed in June of 2014.  Construction services are being provided by Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors with design services by GSR - Andrade Architects, Inc.
