Kyndryl Releases Fiscal Year 2026 Corporate Citizenship Report

The company advances environmental goals, invests in AI-ready skills and strengthens resilience through responsible technology governance

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services today released its fiscal year 2026 Corporate Citizenship Report.

The report illustrates Kyndryl's progress across its corporate citizenship strategy pillars – Environment, People and Trust – and details how the company is embedding responsible practices into its operations, developing future-ready skills, supporting communities and strengthening emerging technology governance.

Highlights of Kyndryl's progress detailed in the report include: 

• Reduced scope 1, 2 (market-based) and applicable* scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 34% against the fiscal 2023 baseline, advancing toward Kyndryl's Science Based Targets initiative-validated 2030 goals and ambition to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.
• Decreased total electricity purchased by 30% compared with fiscal 2023, with 63% of purchased electricity coming from renewable sources in fiscal 2026.
• Invested 3.5 million hours in employee learning, including AI, cloud, security, resiliency and other advanced technology skills with 1.3 million trainings completed and 108,346 digital credentials held.
• Launched the AI Learning Hub, bringing together role- and skill-aligned learning paths, certifications and hands-on resources to help employees build practical and responsible AI capabilities.
• Helped train more than 46,000 individuals through Kyndryl Foundation and announced third-year grants to 14 nonprofit organizations across 13 countries, in continuing support of access to AI and cybersecurity education.
• Achieved 100% completion rate by eligible employees for the Kyndryl Code of Conduct training course for the fifth consecutive year. The Code of Conduct program won multiple recognitions from the Brandon Hall Group, including a Gold Award for Best Compliance Training.
