Currently, LA Crawfish has 6 locations with 4 additional locations in development.

Hoangoanh Nguyen, a former native Houstonian, plans to develop LA Crawfish's Anaheim location, which is expected to open in the summer of 2015. "When we looked into the various franchise opportunities that were available, we were attracted to LA Crawfish's franchise support system and we believe this unique concept could dazzle Californians," said Nguyen. In addition to its famous crawfish, other menu items include Cajun Pho, crab, oysters, shrimp, and chicken wings. Three mouth-watering sauces are available: garlic butter, spicy Cajun, and chili lime.
