La Maison du Chocolat
La Maison du Chocolat has transformed the world of chocolate, introducing vibrant creativity inspired by the vision of founder Robert Linxe, who changed the way chocolate is savored and enjoyed today. These innovative tastes have revolutionized our palates, elevated ganache to the realm of haute cuisine and revealed the infinite nuances of chocolate - preferably dark – nurturing a refined art of chocolate a la francaise that has understandably gained a cult following.
Respect for tradition, fresh interpretations of a proud heritage and exploration of new taste experiences all guide master chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau - holder of the prestigious title of 'Meilleur Ouvrier de France' (Best Craftsman in France) - who has applied his inventiveness to La Maison du Chocolat's creations since 2012.
La Maison du Chocolat currently has six freestanding boutiques in the New York / Tri-State area: 1018 Madison Avenue, 63 Wall Street, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, The Plaza Food Hall, The Shops at Columbus Circle, and The Shops at Short Hills.
