This initiative marks a significant expansion of La Roche-Posay's long-standing commitment to skin cancer prevention and detection through its Save Your Skin program. By leveraging the large reach and influence of the gaming community, La Roche-Posay aims to engage particularly Gen Z and men, who are often less aware of the critical importance of sun safe behaviours. This is evidenced by studies[1] showing, for example, that only 18% of men regularly use sunscreen on their face, compared to 42% of women, highlighting a significant behavioral gap in preventative habits.
