Labrada Nutrition Launches Strategic Partnership with Kingdomway Group
HOUSTON, Feb. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Labrada Nutrition, a global leader in nutritional supplements known as "The Most Trusted Name in Sports Nutrition®"announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with Xiamen Kingdomway Group Co.
Kingdomway, a world-class nutritional products manufacturer located in Xiamen, China, under the Stock Purchase Agreement, will invest in a non-controlling minority stake in Labrada Nutrition, to become the exclusive distributor and strategic partner for Labrada Nutrition products in China. The transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals in China and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
