SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Labs Investor Group (LIG), the investment and asset-management arm of Labs Companies, Inc., announced it is preparing two prospective funds planned for a 2026 debut:

• Test Tube Fund I — $100M (early-stage sub-fund): a prospective vehicle focused on human-enhancement technologies across AI, spatial computing, novel interfaces, and modern economic rails, aligned with Labs' upcoming Pre-Series A initiatives.
• Labs Investor Fund I — $1B (flagship): a prospective multi-strategy platform organized into four sector sleeves — AI Fund One, XR Fund One, Crypto Fund One, and Humane Fund One — aligned with Labs' upcoming Series A scale-up initiatives.

These funds reflect Labs' commitment to investing where humane systems and modern economic rails converge. By supporting founders and funders in these domains, Labs aims to strengthen not only new ventures but also the shared future these technologies make possible.

LIG's forecasted investment model follows a dual approach: investing directly into startups while also allocating capital through fund-of-funds commitments. This structure enables LIG to back innovation at both the company and fund level, reinforcing connectivity across the broader venture landscape.

This update reflects preparatory work only—including mandate design, team architecture, and integration pathways across Labs' RD&R (Research, Development & Results) engines. Fund formation and any related fundraising activities have not commenced.
