Lacey Faye Spang Joins Textura as Director of Investor Relations

CHICAGO, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Textura Corporation (NYSE: TXTR), the leading provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry, announced today that Lacey Spang has joined the company as Director of Investor Relations.

Spang joins Textura from Oppenheimer & Co., where she was an Executive Director of Institutional Equities. During her time at Oppenheimer, she focused on domestic cash equity research and product placement, including participation in the facilitation of Textura's IPO in June 2013. Prior to Oppenheimer, Spang's other investment bank experience included positions at UBS as Director, Equity Cash Product Placement and at Sterne Agee as Vice President, Capital Markets.
