Laing O'Rourke Announces That Anna Stewart Has Been Appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer Effective From April 2013

Laing O'Rourke today announces that Anna Stewart has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Group Board. This appointment will be effective from April 2013, following a period of transition of responsibilities.

Ray O'Rourke, Laing O'Rourke Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, said:
