LANDesk Named a "Leader" and a "Visionary" in Two Magic Quadrant Reports

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LANDesk Software, a global leader in integrated systems lifecycle management, endpoint security and IT service management, today announced that LANDesk Management Suite was positioned as a "Leader" in Gartner's 2011 Magic Quadrant for "Client Management Tools"(1) report.

The Client Management Tools report was formerly known as the "PC Configuration Life Cycle Management" report, but the name was changed to accommodate the emergence of mobile device and Mac management needs. LANDesk® Management Suite enables IT to automate, manage, protect and control all hardware and software regardless of location from a single console. As part of Management Suite, LANDesk Mobility Manager supports virtually all popular mobile device platforms, including the latest iOS and Android operating systems.
