CHICAGO, Feb. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LAPIZ today announced the promotions of Ernesto Adduci and Marco Azucena each to senior vice president, account director, effective immediately. Both Adduci and Azucena previously served as vice president, account directors at the agency.

Adduci and Azucena join SVP Account Director Annette Fonte as the business leads at LAPIZ tasked with reimagining the role of account managers in the agency. LAPIZ will decentralize the role of account director to develop business units within teams throughout the agency.
Adduci currently oversees LAPIZ accounts including Kraft, UnitedHealthcare and Mexico Board of Tourism. He has been building global brands for clients like Charmin, Bounty and Gain for more than 25 years, and has won multiple industry-leading awards including three Cannes Lions.
Azucena oversees the Allstate business and has been a critical player in the growth of the agency's relationship with Advance Auto Parts. He has seen the transformation of the agency over the years first hand, creating work for clients including Coca-Cola and General Motors.
