LAS VEGAS, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Abuelitos Tequila, Las Vegas's only born-and-bred tequila brand, is officially going nationwide. Just four months after entering the market, the independent spirits brand has launched direct-to-consumer through online sales, making its tequila available for shipping across the United States, excluding Tennessee. The expansion marks another major milestone for the young brand, which has already grown to more than 65 retail, restaurant and bar locations in its first few months on the market.

Born in Las Vegas and crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, Abuelitos was created to bring a modern perspective to tequila while staying rooted in the people, traditions and craftsmanship behind the spirit. The brand is built around four core pillars: Vegas-born, artisan-made, wellness-forward, and women-led and sustainable. The Abuelitos portfolio includes two expressions: Blanco, a bright, mineral-forward, unaged tequila with notes of fresh-cut agave, citrus and white pepper; and Reposado, aged four to six months in American oak bourbon barrels with notes of caramel, vanilla, baking spice and cooked agave. The Reposado has already earned major industry recognition, scoring 98.2 out of 100 at the 2025 Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards and taking home Best Reposado Tequila, Best Tequila and Best Agave Spirit in Show.
